1. All rates are subject to confirmation by email.
2. A cleaning fee, payable on departure, applies to all bookings.
- The standard cleaning fee is $300.
- During your stay with us, house keeping and cleaning are your responsibility. Equipment is available for your use, including dish washer, washing machine, dryer, clothes line, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop.
- If it takes us longer than 6 hours to clean the vacated house, we reserve the right to charge you extra, at a cost of $50 per hour.
3. Bookings are confirmed on payment of a holding deposit of $500.
The holding deposit converts to a security bond - refunded after cleaning and an inspection for damages when you vacate the premises.
4. Sleeping configuration is:
- 2 large bedrooms with Queen Beds
- 1 average sized bedroom with 1 Single Bed and 1 trundle bed or futon or cot.
5. The maximum number of guests is:
- 3 single adults
- 2 adult couples plus 1 single adult
- 2 adult couples and 2 children
- 1 adult couple and 4 children (assuming 2 children are happy to share a queen bed)
6. The tariff includes:
- Telephone and ADSL connection
- Electricity
- Garden maintenance
- All council rates and charges.
7. The tariff excludes:
- Phone call costs
- Additional ADSL usage.
