1. All rates and guest numbers are subject to confirmation by email.
2. Bookings are confirmed on payment of a holding deposit of $800.
The holding deposit converts to a security bond - refunded at the end of your stay - after final cleaning and an inspection for damages
3. A final cleaning fee, payable on departure, applies to all bookings.
- The standard cleaning fee is $400
- During your stay with us you are responsible for keeping the house clean
- When you leave, if it takes us longer than 8 hours to clean the vacated house, we reserve the right to charge you extra, at a cost of $50 per hour
- Failure to launder our linen on a regular basis during your stay will mean that we are forced to replace it with new - and then we will charge the cost to you
4. Sleeping configuration is:
- 2 large bedrooms with Queen Beds
- 1 average sized bedroom with 1 Single Bed and 1 trundle bed or futon or cot
5. The maximum number of guests is:
- 3 single adults
- 2 adult couples plus 1 single adult
- 2 adult couples and 2 children
- 1 adult couple and up to 4 children (assuming 2 children are happy to share a queen bed)
- Any change in guest numbers (i.e. more than that agreed at time of booking) must be reported to the owner immediately. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these booking terms and may lead to a termination of the booking.
6. The tariff includes:
- Fortnightly cleaning service
- All floors swept and mopped
- Living area and bedrooms dusted
- Kitchen, batroom, laundry and WC cleaned thoroughly
- If you would prefer to do your own cleaning please ask us about this and we may be able to agree to a small reduction in tariff ($50 per week).
- Electricity
- Garden maintenance
- All council rates and charges
- DSL wireless connection for use with your own broadband internet account
